What is Kinesiology?

 

Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive way of working with the body to uncover and release stress that may be sitting beneath the surface.

Using gentle muscle testing (a form of biofeedback), we communicate with your body to understand what it’s holding onto – whether that’s emotional stress, physical tension, or patterns that are keeping you stuck.

When the body is under stress, it can show up in many ways – feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, experiencing physical discomfort, or simply not feeling like yourself.

Rather than guessing, Kinesiology allows us to go straight to the root of what’s going on, so we can support your body to release it and come back into balance.

 

 

What to expect in a session

 

We begin with a relaxed conversation about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with.

You’ll then lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while I guide the session using gentle muscle testing. It’s subtle, non-invasive and completely led by your body.

Throughout the session, I’ll talk you through what’s coming up, so you feel involved, supported and at ease the whole time. You’re always welcome to ask questions or share anything that feels relevant.

Each session is different, because your body leads the way. We may explore emotional patterns, stress responses, beliefs, or physical imbalances – whatever is ready to be addressed.

The goal is not to force change, but to allow your body to safely release what it’s been holding onto, so you can feel lighter, clearer and more like yourself again.
