SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing

SoulNar Sound and Energy Healing- is the first certified modality to combine Sound + Energy Healing. It is based on the principle that everything is energy and when disturbances enter our field an imbalance in our energetic field is created, over time this can become dis-ease in the body. SoulNar helps to shift these imbalances through the use of Frequency based instruments (instruments attuned to specific frequencies that have been scientifically shown to create energetic shifts in the body) and hands on energy healing.

What to expect in a session

This is a 1 hr session, first we have a brief chat about why you have decided to have a sound and energy healing so I can get a better understanding if there is any specific areas I need to send more healing towards or if it’s just for pure relaxation. Then we get you all cozy and warm on the massage table under the blankets fully clothed with an eye mask on if you are happy to wear one. In every SoulNar session, we work on clearing your energetic and emotional fields with a combination of guided chakra breathwork, sound healing + hands on energy healing. I will use 3 powerful sound healing instruments – a crystal singing bowl tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra, a 528hz chime, and tingsha bells.
